A CRM based system for the Building Industry (UK)

The Product Overview: A leading CRM software provider based in United Kingdom developing software specifically for target customers in the building industry who wanted to win business through the specification on project selling route, Whilst selling to accounts including Main Contractors, Specialist Contractors, and Distributor on Merchant networks. Incidentally Ekomate still maintains a good IT Support relationship with this client, carrying out frequent projects that their own limited IT resources could not handle on their own, and we have now done this for the past 10 years.

The Clients Requirement: The business need was to re-engineer the client-server product which was in Borland Delphi and Sybase to a customized modular web based application with the latest .NET technologies as per the client’s design and architecture.

The Ekomate Solution: Ekomate has a dedicated .NET expertise team who were all to work on this requirement, fully understanding the client’s design and architecture of the desired product. All development stages were confirmed with the client before proceeding to the next phase. Till date, Ekomate has successfully completed more than 70 modules of different product versions.
