Ekomate launches India’s largest sporting event on the web, The National Games, also providing live coverage of all of the major sporting events throughout the event.

Develops and launches www.pageindia.com, a web service for Hutchinson Max Telecom (“Hutch”),India’s leading paging provider. Through this service for the first time, web users could send a message by pager to any Hutch subscriber in India.

Ekomate starts software development service exports with the first overseas orders from the UK and the USA.

Ekomate establishes a 100% Export Oriented Division for IT development, in conjunction with Software Technology Parks of India (STPI)

Dr V A Sastry (a former Board Director of Infosys) joins Ekomate as a non executive Board Director and Mentor. |

Ekomate expands to its current Bangalore City Office within the BTM Layout, in the heart of the city. |

Ekomate is awarded ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification from BVQI. Total company focus is now on the UK, Europe and USA markets. Ekomate expands its range of services to include knowledge process outsourcing (KPO).

Ekomate begins construction of its new wholly owned Development Centre adjacent to ‘Electronics City’ on the outskirts of Bangalore and close to the new airport Ekomate is included as part of a clients success Case Study in the 2007 updated edition of the book “Exploring Corporate Strategy” by Professors Johnson , Scholes & Whittington. |
2008 |
Ekomate new facility for phase II is inaugurated and it started functioning. Ekomate appoints Italian representative and explores Italian market for IT.

Ekomate continues it effort to expand the business both in the international and domestic markets inspite of the global slow down in IT business. Ekomate forges alliance with New Zealand based IT companies.
