This client is based in Scotland and is a specialist in providing personal debt recovery solutions through Debt Management as a Financial Solutions Provider. The client serves the whole of the UK market and they wanted to develop a range of IT systems to manage their processes and business operations more efficiently. These included collection and collation of enquiries both on line and from telephone applications, sorting and evaluating the potential customers options and providing the company’s range of financial products and services

In early 2005, following a detailed review of their possibilities and finally a visit to our facilities in India, Ekomate was selected as the development partner to build this for the client as a web based system. The system was developed on Microsoft technologies ( ASP.NET/ C#) and successfully launched by the client for their operations in UK during the same year. Based on the success of this initial work, Ekomate has since developed a number of new products for this client, effectively we are now working with them on a continuous basis acting as their extended IT Team and BPO resource.

In summary working with Ekomate has helped the client translate their financial market expertise into new IT systems, products and services, including system efficiencies that provide them with a real competitive edge.
