The Ekomate Management Team is a blend of business management and technology expertise and all members have extensive International and multi-lingual experience, with the daily business language of the company being English The Board consists of the founding owners and additional non Executive Directors with particular additional expertise or experience (such as Dr V A Sastry with his Infosys QA/QC development expertise).

Ekomate business operations are overseen by Tom Thomas, CEO & Managing Director.

Tom is a second generation IT specialist who has more than 15 years independent business experience in the fields of Information Technology and software manufacturing. He has a MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin, USA following a BE in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University. His main fields of experience are in the Internet, IT, and software manufacturing. Tom is also committed to following leading trends in Business Management with a real focus on our Human Resource Development. This includes a lifelong commitment to the elimination of poverty and deprivation in this area of India, through providing training and opportunities in IT.
